The Manor House overlooks Church Bay on Rathlin Island, Northern Ireland's largest offshore island. The island is eight miles long and less than one mile wide, and is located six miles off the north Antrim Coast. With a population of less than 100 and virtually no cars, it is popular with visitors seeking a tranquil break in a wild location.
Rathlin offers fabulous walking, bird watching, sea fishing and sub-aqua diving, as well as the chance to explore the fascinating geology, archaeology, local and natural history of the island.
The Manor House is a handsome late Georgian gentleman's house, the earliest parts of which date back to the 1760s. It was acquired by the National Trust in 1998 and offers quality bed and breakfast accommodation all year round.
