Interested in making the most of the National Trust near you? Join your local group to enjoy special interest talks, visits, holidays and other social and fundraising events.
You'll also be helping a great cause - local groups support the work of the charity and raise hundreds of thousands of pounds every year for our conservation and access projects around the country.
About the group
The Beckenham & Bromley Centre was formed in 1975 to enable members of The National Trust to enjoy more fully their membership by arranging lectures, visits, holidays and social events; to increase support for the Trust by publicising it and recruiting more members; and to raise money to help The National Trust conserve Britain's heritage for future generations.
Membership of the Centre is open to all members of the National Trust and National Trust Accredited Volunteers.
Monthly meetings are held in Bromley on Wednesday evenings throughout the year and in Beckenham on Thursday afternoons during the winter months. Most meetings consist of an illustrated lecture. Visitors are most welcome. A small admission charge is made.
Visits, special events and holidays are advertised in the Centre's Newsletter, which is produced three times a year.
