Interested in making the most of the National Trust near you? Join your local group to enjoy special interest talks, visits, holidays and other social and fundraising events.
You'll also be helping a great cause - local groups support the work of the charity and raise hundreds of thousands of pounds every year for our conservation and access projects around the country.
About the group
The Seaford Association was formed in 1985 to further the work of the National Trust within the area. We offer a warm welcome to anyone wishing to join in our activities but first you must be a member of the National Trust, or an affiliated Trust or a volunteer.
During the winter there are regular talks covering a wide range of topics which provides a chance to meet friends and enjoy a cup of tea. In the spring and summer day trips are arranged to places of interest and there is a short holiday. A newsletter is published three times a year which gives full details of events.
Over the years we have been able to support projects at The Clergy House, Monk's House, Sheffield Park Gardens, Batemans, Hatchlands Park, Nymans and Scotney Castle at the same time as enjoying our wonderful heritage.
