Christchurch & New Forest Association

Christchurch and New Forest Association is a group of over 800 National Trust members in the area roughly bounded by Christchurch, Lymington, Hythe and Ringwood.

The association was founded in 1978 and since then we have raised over £200,000 for National Trust projects.

Recently we have made donations to

• Brownsea Island - Improvements to the Visitors’ Centre displays
• Corfe Castle - for a scale model of the original building
• Kingston Lacy - Refurbishment of the Guido Renni fresco ceiling
• Kingston Lacy - watering system for new Japanese Garden
• Kingston Lacy - new Greenhouse
• White Mill - Quiz sheets and lollipops for young visitors
• Mottisfont Abbey- creation of raised rose beds and rose arches
• The Needles Old Battery - Display boards

Christchurch and New Forest Association is independent of the National Trust and is governed by a constitution common to all such National Trust Associations. The affairs of the Association are conducted via an executive committee of officers and members elected at our AGM in June.
