We meet on the second Thursday of the month at Upper School Hall, Altwood School, Altwood Road, Maidenhead and start promptly at 7.45pm.
Meetings include talks on a range of heritage subjects and allow members to socialise with like minded people. The programme includes a wide variety of talks such as – Policeman’s Tales, Hidden Gardens of London, Climate Change and Garden, World of Roses, Furnishing a Country House, Rock Around the Block (Church Architecture),Graham Sutherland and his Contemporaries, and Life as a Botanical Artist.
At our meetings we also have stalls which sell second-hand books and jigsaws and home produce.
Our programme also includes a selection of day trips and short holiday breaks are also organised.
