About the group
The Hampstead Centre, whose membership comes mainly from Camden area, enthusiastically supports the work of the Trust with several members volunteering at Fenton House and Willow Road.
We arrange visits to interesting places in London such as the Round House, Museum of Garden History, and Clarence House and in the summer midweek coach trips outside of London to venues such as Coughton Court, Baddesley Clinton, Chevenage House and Newark Park.
In the winter we meet on the fourth Thursdays at Pax Lodge in Belsize Park for a talk on a wide range of subjects and to socialise whilst in December we have our AGM followed by a social tea and sometimes we have a speaker.
Other social occasions include a New Year lunch combined with a short coach visit and we offer our members a 5-6 day holiday each year.
