About the group
The Barnet Association was founded in 1979 and currently has around 450 members in the Borough of Barnet and surrounding area.
Our objectives are to promote the National Trust locally, raise funds in its support, and arrange a programme of events and activities to enrich members' understanding of its work.
We support and raise funds for the regional appeals which included items this year for the Ashridge Estate, Carlyle House,Fenton House,Hughden Manor.and the Neptune Coastline Campaign.
Barnet Association is independent of the National Trust and governed by a constitution common to all charities's centres and associations. Our affairs are conducted by a committee of officers and members who are elected at our AGM held in December each year.
