About the group
The South East Berkshire Association (SEBA) was formed in 1985 to promote and prosper the work of the National Trust, whilst providing social contact between members.
Our monthly talks programme is based in Finchampstead, and most of our members live nearby in the Wokingham, Crowthorne and Sandhurst areas of Berkshire, or from Camberley and Yately.
Our outings programme takes us not only to National Trust properties but to other houses and gardens (including some not ordinarily open to the public) and places of interest. Departure points for outings are normally Fincahmpstead and Wokingham
Close by are the National Trust open space properties of Finchampstead Ridges and Simons Wood. These are managed by a separate committee of local people, working alongside Trust staff. We enjoy a close relationship with that committee and part of our fundraising supports the conservation of that area.
