About the group
The Vale of Glamorgan Association, formed in 1998, provides an interesting and enjoyable programme year round. Lectures are held on the third Wednesday of each month from September to April and these take place in Cowbridge covering a wide range of topics. During the summer there are three or four day trips, usually to other National Trust properties though not exclusively so.
Finally a residential holiday is usually held in April or May. Over the last few years visits have been made to Derbyshire, Harrogate, Leamington Spa, Kent and this past Spring to Plymouth where we explored several Trust houses as well as fitting in a cruise on Plymouth Sound.
As well as enjoying ourselves, at the same time we raise funds for Trust projects, usually in South Wales but occasionally further afield.
A warm welcome awaits you so do join us - we look forward to meeting you soon. You will find details of our membership enquiry contact here
