About the group
The North and West Wiltshire Association was founded in 1971 for members and volunteers living in a wide area centred around Bradford on Avon, Trowbridge and Melksham.
We currently have over 650 members who have the opportunity to meet socially and to take part in activities such as a winter lunch, carol service, guided walks and skittles evenings. Our aim is to support local NT properties such as Lacock, The Courts at Holt and Great Chalfield Manor, but when funds allow we may give to more distant properties.
Through the autumn and winter we hold monthly talks on Saturday afternoons in Bradford on Avon. Begining in March we provide about eight 'away-day' coach tours visiting NT and other properties. In addition we have a 'stay-away' tour in the summer, in 2009 this was Norfolk and in 2010 this will be based in and around York.
We would like to tell you more about our group; you will find details of our membership enquiry contact here and information about our current activities here
