    KS1 & KS2 History / Art / Literacy Greek Days – including dressing up, hands on collection, workshop, mini-Olympics, Greek trail.
    KS1 - KS3 Science and Nature Environmental Days – includes talk, pond-dipping, mini-beast hunt and worksheets.
    KS1 History / Life of children in past Toys and Games from the Past – includes talk, using original and replica toys and games and photos, and then a chance to play and learn.
    KS1-KS4 Art / History Portrait Days – talk about history of portraits, with slide and picture show, followed by practical workshop.
    KS1-KS4 Science / Healthy eating How plants grow, etc Farm Days – visit to local farm to learn about animals, organic crops, sausage-making, followed by farm shop and walled garden visit, to demonstrate ‘from plot to plate’.
    KS1-KS3 History / Role-play Life in Georgian and Victorian times – using smell pots, costumes and a talk to recreate what life was like for rich and poor.
    KS2-KS3 History / Local Studies Wartime Activities – based on WWI&II at Stourhead as well as in general. War-time trail, replicas and activities (Available mid 2008).

    		 L&T and Business Studies Leisure and Tourism / Business Studies Day, with talk and opportunity to talk to staff, and L&T CD using Stourhead as a resource.

    Key Stage Subject Activity Summary
    KS1 & 2 History, Drama Victorian childhood – explore the upper floors of the House in the shoes of the wealthy Wraxall children,
    and the young servants who worked for them.
