Interested in making the most of the National Trust near you? Join your local group to enjoy special interest talks, visits, holidays and other social and fundraising events.
You'll also be helping a great cause - local groups support the work of the charity and raise hundreds of thousands of pounds every year for our conservation and access projects around the country.
About the group
We were founded on the 23 May 1985. Currently we have 305 members. Membership is open to members of the National Trust, affiliated organisations, or holders of current National Trust Volunteer cards. The annual fee is £3.00 single and £5.00 family.
We hold illustrated talks throughout the Winter months, in Summer regular outings to places of interest such as National Trust properties and other houses and gardens. We have an annual Away Break in June, to visit National Trust and other properties in another part of the Country and an Annual Dinner, usually to coincide with our founding.
You can join us at any of our illustrated talks - just turn up at Cottingham Civic Hall on the third Thursday of the month and introduce youself to a member of the Committee at the door. To find out more telephone Kay Stevens, our Membership Secretary on (01482) 659738
