The first ever podcast from the National Trust is set to transport the listener to a green and pleasant place - in search of some of the best wildlife and countryside stories in the UK.
With 250,000 hectares and 707 miles of coast under our care, we certainly have no shortage of stories to tell.
Each month the wildlife and countryside podcast will cover one major wildlife story, meet a member of staff or volunteer who works to look after our wild world and catch up with the butterfly expert Matthew Oates on the hunt for our fluttering friends.
The podcast makes its debut this month, and can be downloaded for free. A gallery of photographs for each story will also be available on the National Trust website to see the faces behind the voices.
