About the 2007 AGM
Over the weekend of the 3 and 4 November we also had a programme of special tours and events. Highlights included:
- The AGM itself, on Saturday morning
- A speech by Sir Simon Jenkins on the future of London on Saturday afternoon
- A drinks reception in the Cabinet War Rooms on Saturday evening
- Stands and exhibitions, on Saturday
- Special tours of NT properties at Willow Road, Osterley Park, Ham House, Fenton House, Carlyle’s House and Sutton House on Sunday
In the traditional format there was the opportunity for members to meet informally with Sir William Proby, Dame Fiona Reynolds DBE, Patrick Begg, Regional Director for Thames & Solent, and Lady Aubrey-Fletcher, Regional Chair.
