Key areas of development include:
- Developing a shared vision of youth development and participation
- Involving young people in the design, delivery and evaluation of projects
- Developing high quality training, information, support and effective communications
- Measuring young people’s involvement and achievements
- Measuring outputs and outcomes for young people and the Trust
- Identifying national sources of funding and supporting local fundraising
- Creating and supporting internal and external partnerships
- Sharing best practice in youth work and raising standards
- Promoting our work
