The first 20 years of Sir Isaac Newton's life was a very influential period in developing the genius that we all know today.
A new exhibition is being developed at Woolsthorpe Manor, the birthplace of Sir Isaac Newton, which will look at the social history of the first 20 years of Newton's life.
The exhibition examines the family and society he was born into, growing up at the property, his mother's re-marriage, the helping hands he got that enabled the genius to blossom, his academic development and why Woolsthorpe Manor was always so special to him.
This interactive exhibition will help visitors to really appreciate the humble background that Newton came from and realise that he was in many ways just like the children today.
