Originally a feature of the Hagley Hall Estate owned by Lord Cobham, this 18th century folly offers tremendous airy views over the Severn Valley and towards Birmingham. An all-ability path climbs up from Nimmings Wood car park to a viewing platform near the stones. SO934803

This area of Clent Hills was cleared, restored and resculptured in 2005. It is now a lovely picnic area in summer. SO927805

A little off the beaten track, this is a more tranquil area of the hills where you can find peace and quiet or get closer to nature at the wildlife hide; its position is marked on the Clent Hills walks leaflet. Walton Hill is an important area for breeding birds and rare insects. SO944795

This lovely mature beech woodland is an iconic local landmark. Standing on the slopes of a hill ridge, the Horse's Mane is visible from miles around. It is a fantastic example of a beech hanger and a great place to see or hear birds like nuthatch or woodpecker. SO938807

A remnant of the industrial history of the Clent Hills, Sling Pool was once connected to a mill house involved in scythe production. Nowadays its a lovely spot for a walk alongside the stream. SO944795
