There are National Trust ‘Tracker Packs’ available to borrow at Tarn Hows to enhance your visit. The Tracker Packs are educational activity packs that you can take with you on your walk. They contain a variety of practical activities and information about the trees you’ll see on your walk, and include a map for you to follow, there’s even a pair of children’s binoculars for spotting wildlife. The Tracker Packs are available from the National Trust landrover in the Tarn Hows main car park (daily between March and October from 10am to 4pm). |
