About this property
A short level walk from Cotehele Quay, tucked away in the Morden Valley, the old mill is an atmospheric reminder of the recent past when corn was ground here for the local community. Flour is still produced in the traditional way and is on sale at the mill, and on Tuesdays and Thursdays you can see milling in action. A range of outbuildings containing a collection of blacksmiths', carpenters', wheelwrights' and saddlers' tools is presented as workshops, giving an insight into the working lives of local craftsmen.
