    Parking
    Plenty of room to park though no designated accessible spaces.

    WC
    The nearest accessible WC with a RADAR lock is about 2 miles away in Stone town centre.

    Pathways and open space
    Some paths are gravelly and uneven. Many routes are steep and narrow around the estate.

    All-ability trails
    A 1½ mile route on well-surfaced paths take you alongside Downs Banks stream. It can be muddy and gravelly, but is suitable for rugged wheelchairs and pushchairs.

    Seating, rest points and shelter
    Benches are provided at regular intervals on many of the longer and steeper paths.
     
     
    Accessibility - sensory  Sensory highlights

    Listen for the babbling of the stream, lots of different bird songs and the rustling of other wildlife. Notice the springiness of the heather and bilberry or feel the varied textures of tree bark. The woodland is also home to many delicious scents in summer and autumn.
