Our vision for Rhostyllen isn’t property development, but community building. North Wales needs new homes – not soulless estates, but places with all the familiar virtues of a Welsh village:
- Tradition:
Building design and materials will reflect the traditions of the local area.
- Variety:
There’ll be a rich mix of terraced, semi-detached and detached layouts, with 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms and different garden sizes.
- Connection:
The development has been designed to fit in with the existing village of Rhostyllen, and enhance it’s facilities
- Public space:
There’ll be a new community hall, shop, tea-room, village square, nature park, several play areas and other green spaces. As well as a new classroom at the local school.
- Sustainability:
This will be an exemplary green development, meeting or surpassing the latest environmental standards.
- 25 per cent will be affordable local homes
