    This beautiful medieval manor sits in peaceful countryside. Cross the upper moat, passing barns, gatehouse and delightful parish church to enjoy fine oriel windows and the soldiers, griffons and monkey adorning the rooftops. Romantic gardens offer terraces, topiary houses, gazebo, lily pond, roses and views across the spring-fed fishpond

    *Admission to manor house by guided tour only (not bookable). Tuesday to Thursday: tours at 11, 12, 2, 3 and 4. Sunday: tours at 2, 3 and 4. Tours take 45 minutes and numbers are limited. Visitors arriving during a tour can visit the adjoining parish church and garden first. Group visits welcome on Friday and Saturday (not Bank Holidays) by written arrangement with the donor family tenant, Mrs Robert Floyd (charge applies). Last admission 30 minutes before closing.

    Prices

    Standard Admission Manor and garden: adult £7.20, child £3.60, family £18.40. Garden only: adult £4.80, child £2.40. Visitors are welcome to visit the Parish Church (not National Trust, donations welcome)
