What's new this year
Come and visit the house which was recreated for the film Miss Potter and see how many of the illustrations from the books you can see in real life
Hill Top is a small house and a timed entry system is in operation to avoid overcrowding and to protect the fragile interior. As at other NT properties last entry is 30 minutes before closing. As this can be a very busy property, visitors may sometimes have to wait to enter the house and early sell-outs are possible, especially at holiday times. Tickets cannot be booked in advance. Access to the garden and shop is always possible during opening hours
