    Due to the exposed nature of the estate, we advise not to visit during high winds or extreme weather. Café closed 25, 26 Dec and 1 Jan 10.

    Dogs welcome. Most of the Commons are grazed with ponies and cattle, so please keep dogs under close control.

    There are lots of lovely spots for a picnic, but please remember to take your rubbish home with you.

    The Devil's Punch Bowl Café serves a range of hot and cold food, made using local seasonal produce. A children's menu is also available.

    Hotel in Hindhead and a pub in the neighbouring village of Thursley.

    A map of the area and local walks leaflets are available from the Devil's Punch Bowl Café, Haslemere TIC and the stationers, Nobbs, in Haslemere.
