The Olympic Games
Full day £3.25 per child
Gather evidence to stage your own ancient Greek Olympic Games. Explore Ickworth’s Olympic frieze, make a banner to represent your city-state, join in the opening parade, compete in a game, prize giving ceremony with olive branches.
Mops and manners
Half day £2.75 per child
Discover Victorian Ickworth. Explore the housekeeper’s handling collection, follow the servants’ footsteps around Ickworth’s hidden staircases and passages and investigate life ‘upstairs’.
Wartime Ickworth
Full day £3.25 per child
Experience the life of an evacuee at Ickworth. Take part in a variety of activities to find out what it would have been like for the real evacuees who lived in the basement of the Rotunda during the Second World War.
