    Malham Tarn
    Malham Tarn
    Created by glaciers thousands of years ago, this tarn is a popular focal point in Malhamdale's classic limestone countryside. On its western shore is Tarn Moss, a wetland haven for birds and wildlife. SD893667

    A picturesque waterfall carries Gordale Beck over a rocky outcrop into a deep pool. Follow the stream through a wooded valley, a popular walk from Malham. SD910632
