Accessible parking spaces at Water Sinks car park. From here uneven, grassy tracks provide access to the eastern shore of Malham Tarn.

Pathways and open space
Most of the paths around the estate are natural, rough and uneven grass or gravel tracks. There are many stiles.
All-ability trails
There is a wheelchair-friendly boardwalk around the Tarn Moss nature reserve at Malham Tarn. Call at the National Trust estate office for a permit and advice on parking.
The path from Malham to Maham Cove is suitable for pushchairs, but wheelchair users may need assistance to tackle some gradients.
The track around the eastern shore of Malham Tarn is manageable for pushchairs but may be too rough for most wheelchair users.
Visitor centre
Access to Town Head Barn is via a ramp at the rear.
Other buildings
Access to the Tarn Moss bird hide is via an uneven sloped gravel track, wheelchair users may need assistance from a helper.
