Bookings
To book a morning tour departing from the Conservation Centre at 10.00am or 10.50am, make an online reservation. Please note you are unable to book and pay for tickets online on the day of travel.
Payment will be asked for in advance by credit or debit card.
We recommend that you book your tour tickets in advance to avoid disappointment, but there are sometimes tickets available on the day. Please telephone the booking line for details of on the day availability on +44 (0) 151 427 7231.

Ticket collection and payment
If you have prebooked your ticket online and not printed off your voucher you should arrive at the 08 Place, Whitechapel at least 15 minutes before your tour’s departure time. This is important to allow you sufficient time to reach the tour departure point at the Conservation Centre. Please approach a member of staff in the 08 Place who will be happy to help you.
If you have prebooked your ticket online, and printed off your voucher, please follow the directions provided. Please arrive at the pickup point (adjacent to the Conservation Centre) 15 minutes prior to the departure time.
If you have arrived without a reservation and are hoping to join a tour, a member of staff will be happy to sell you a ticket, subject to availability. Please be aware that there are a maximum of 14 places available on each tour and we recommend that you make a booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque (when accompanied by a bankers card), credit or debit card.

Getting there
Morning tours leave from the Conservation Centre in Liverpool city centre. Tickets should be collected and paid for in advance at the 08 Place, Whitechapel. From here staff can direct you to the Conservation Centre, which is a five minute walk away.
By road: Liverpool is on the North West coast of England via the M6, M56, M62 or M58 motorways.
By rail: Liverpool Lime Street Station (0.5 mile, approximately 10 minutes walk)

A cycle rack is located outside the Cop Shop on Lord Street, approximately 5 minutes walk from Whitechapel and the Conservation Centre.

Whilst there are no refreshments available at Mendips and 20 Forthlin Road, there is a large number of cafes and restaurants in central Liverpool.
