Bookings
To book a morning tour departing from the Jurys Inn Hotel, Liverpool at 10.00am or 10.50am, make an online reservation. Please note you are unable to book and pay for tickets online on the day of travel.
Payment will be asked for in advance by credit or debit card.
We recommend that you book your tour tickets in advance to avoid disappointment, but there are sometimes tickets available on the day. Please telephone the booking line for details of on the day availability on +44 (0) 151 707 0729.

Ticket collection and payment
If you have prebooked your ticket online, and printed off your ticket, please follow the directions provided. Please arrive at the pickup point (Il Barista Coffee Bar inside Jurys Inn Hotel) 15 minutes prior to the departure time. Our minibus driver will meet you there.
If you have prebooked your ticket online and not printed off your ticket, please make your way to the pickup point (Il Barista Coffee Bar inside Jurys Inn Hotel) 15 minutes prior to the departure time. Our minibus driver will meet you there and will check your booking reference number.
If you have arrived without a reservation and are hoping to join a tour, please visit the Albert Dock Tourist Information Centre (open from 10am) where a member of staff will be happy to sell you a ticket, subject to availability. Please be aware that there are a maximum of 14 places available on each tour and we recommend that you make a booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque (when accompanied by a bankers card), credit or debit card.

Getting there
Morning tours leave from Jurys Inn Hotel, 31 Keele Wharf, Liverpool, L3 4FN. The hotel is situated on the waterfront, near the Albert Dock.
By road:
Liverpool is on the North West coast of England via the M6, M56, M62 or M58 motorways.
By rail:
Liverpool Lime Street Station (approx 1 mile, 20 minutes walk)

Car parking
Car parking is available at the nearby Arena and Convention Centre car park located at the Kings Waterfront, next to the hotel.
Refreshments
Jurys Inn has a selection of restaurants and bars – enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of Innfusion Restaurant, the more informal setting of Inntro Bar or the Il Barista Café which offers a great range of snacks, pastries and coffees. There are also many bars, restaurants and cafes within the Albert Dock complex.
