Most of the property's paths are well maintained gravel tracks. Some routes along the coast, especially Bull Point to Ilfracombe on Torrs Walk, are steep with steps.

All-ability gravel path on the South West Coast Path at Baggy Point, from car park to headland view point.
Seating, rest points and shelter
Regular seating along most footpaths.
On site transport
Tractor and trailer tours take place at Mortehoe during the summer. The trailer is accessible to most wheelchair users.

Sensory highlights
The dramatic crash of waves along the wild Atlantic coast around Morte is fantastic to hear. Vivid yellow gorse bushes can be seen in bloom here in April.
