| Ormesby Hall was the intimate family home of the Pennymans for over 300 years. It has fine plasterwork and carved wood decoration. The Victorian laundry and kitchen with scullery and game larder are especially atmospheric, and the beautiful stable block (let to the Cleveland Mounted Police) can be seen from the Hall. Ormesby has the only National Trust model railway layouts on permanent display.
