There is no shop but small souvenirs are on sale in the house.

Refreshments are available at the Tenterden Vineyard tea-rooms, just a short stroll from Smallhythe Place.

A Braille guide is available.

There is a photo album showing the upstairs rooms for those unable to ascend the stairs.

Visitors are welcome to enjoy their picnics in an allocated picturesque spot in the garden, away from the house (sorry, no picnic tables available).

Access to the garden has been increased this year. Visitors can now walk in the top garden, sit in the gazebo and see the old well and rose arch.
