The Museum of Childhood, which has just re-opened following a £2.2 million transformation, offers fun and fascination and an opportunity to compare children’s lives and experiences from the 19th century to the present day.
At the Museum of Childhood, we provide guided activities for Key Stage 1 and 2, led by our fully trained learning team. We also have a range of self-led resources for you to use in the museum.
We have sorted what we offer by Key Stage, as all of our activities have cross-curricular links.
We welcome groups of up to 60. We charge £2.00 per child for our guided provision plus £3.50 per child for admission (free to Education Group Membership schools).

We are open for school bookings from May until 21 December 2008. The Museum of Childhood has eight galleries, over a number of floors. The Museum has a lift and is fully accessible to visitors with a disability.
