| A black-and-white half-timbered medieval farmhouse, largely unaltered since first becoming a licensed house in 1848. Recently fully restored following a major fire in 2004. The artefacts within were collected by the Taplin family whose last member, Lola Taplin, bequethed the house to the National Trust in 1979.
