Winchester City Mill is home to a well-stocked National Trust gift shop, which has its own entrance from Winchester’s main street.

The shop specialises in:

Food products including flour
Traditional stoneground wholemeal flour is produced at the mill from locally grown wheat and sold in the shop. The flour is ideal for use in electric breadmakers. A wide range of biscuits, sweets and National Trust ice creams are also on offer together with local honey and preserves.

Books and CDs
Our extensive range of books is constantly expanding. There are titles on history, cookery and a local interest section covering Winchester and the surrounding countryside. We are extending the range this year to reflect our new partnership with the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Wildlife Trust, and the mill’s new focus on the River Itchen and its wildlife.

Our range of National Trust CDs includes something to suit all tastes in music.

Local prints
Also on offer is a selection of local prints and greetings cards depicting the work of the local artist Terry Freemantle.

Christmas goods
The shop at Winchester Mill opens every day, including Sundays, in the pre-Christmas period and offers National Trust calendars and cards, local wines and liqueurs and a wide range of gifts.
