Stroll by our 17th century style knot garden

Walk in the footsteps of a king

Build your own den to ponder the world in at Moseley Old Hall

Come and explore Kings Walk Wood. It has grown here since Charles II walked to Moseley in the dead of night, hiding from Parliamentary soldiers - can you get to the house without being caught?

What's on?

Looking for something for children to do this summer? Try our Active Afternoons on Mondays and Tuesdays in July and August. From treasure hunts to growing plants we'll keep you busy!

For families

Moseley has plenty for families with hands-on activities and events.

  • Borrow a tracker pack to explore the story of a king
  • Have a go at a quiz
  • Run around in the garden and woodland

For groups

Groups can arrange for a guided tour of the house and then explore our garden, tea-room, shop and second-hand books. Please email Stephanie Twilley for further information.

Walk back in time to Moseley Old Hall

If you want to make your visit to Moseley an adventure through local history, you can park for free at nearby Northycote Farm Country Park (run by the local council) and walk over to us. Northycote Farm was built around the same time as Moseley; you can see farm animals and there are toilets and a tea-room.
