Fresh produce from the kitchen garden
Did you know that many of the dishes served in the Courtyard Cafe are made from ingredients grown in the kitchen garden? Visit in late spring to sample some rhubarb treats, from rhubarb and custard bake to rhubarb and orange tart. In summer, you can guarantee your salad is made from the lettuce, beetroot and tomatoes that Mark has freshly harvested. In autumn, don't miss our warming vegetable soups and scrumptious cakes using homegrown blackberries, strawberries and blackcurrants.
