In our Pavilion Restaurant you can enjoy the best of locally sourced produce from our seasonable menus. Warm up with a morning coffee or indulge in an afternoon cream tea in our tea garden. We also have a range of delicious hot and cold lunches available.
Shopping with us
A little something for everyone
Our gift shop supports local suppliers by showcasing a large range of gift cards, books, local crafts and produce including confectionary, wine, beers and health and well-being products. We also offer a range of products exclusively sourced from Nymans wood.
Plant centre
Take something home for your garden
Our plant centre offers a large selection of products including some of the more unusual plants which feature in the garden, as well as a range of garden furniture and accessories. Look out for the 'Nymans Collection' stickers to tell you that a plant has been grown onsite in our nursery.
Handmade in Britain
Look out for our Handmade in Britain range, comprised of some of our favourite locally sourced products. Some of these are now available from the National Trust's online shop, so you can browse at home anytime.
Second-hand books
The second-hand bookshop, situated at the heart of the garden in the green shed, has fiction through to rare old books. In the winter, volunteers keep a welcoming fire going so you can warm up whilst you browse.
What's on the menu?
The menus in the restaurant change frequently to include the best of the season's fresh, local ingredients. Our hot and cold lunches, snacks, cakes and biscuits are all hand-made on the premises by our chefs.
