Have some half-term fun with our winter explorer trail and find out about what garden plants and animals do during the cold winter months. Don't forget to collect your special certificate when you complete the trail.

We have half-size portions of our meals and kids' lunch boxes available in our café. You can get ice-creams and snacks from the tea garden kiosk. Picnics are allowed in the garden.
Check out our childrens range in the shop including books and pocket money toys. There's also inspiration for young gardeners in our plant centre.
With family membership you can enjoy great adventures at many National Trust places and free car parking at countryside sites. Both 1 and 2 adult family memberships available, just ask at reception.
