Garden guide/gardener

Chatting about the history of the walled garden, who's involved with it, what we're growing and why.

A knowledge and interest in gardening would be helpful.

Education assistant

Assist the ranger with the planning and running of educational events.

Help to develop a wide range of inspirational and educational events at Parke.  As a volunteer, you will help to organise, set up and run the events alongside the ranger.

You could join an association

If you enjoy spending time with like-minded people and are already a member, this might be for you.

Bring your group

  • We can offer specific activities, such as pond dipping, on request
  • We can give you a guided tour
  • We can provide conservation activities for any age group
  • Or we can come to you and give a talk about Parke and what we do.

You could come and learn with us

We work with local schools providing a range of activities that fit in with the curriculum.
