The garden team at Peckover are thrilled to have been Highly Commended in the Best Garden category.
A huge number of our visitors compliment us on the large variety of plants and high standard of presentation in the garden but, because we are quite a small garden by National Trust standards, we are not widely known about.

Transcribing of the Peckover diaries
Volunteer Eileen Hannah has been busy transcribing the Peckover diaries held in our archive store.
We are lucky to hold over 70 diaries in our archive, including those of Alexandrina Peckover who left the property to the National Trust in 1943.
A few of the diaries will be on display in the Library during our 2012 season.
