This light and airy first floor apartment is part of a converted coach house at the rear of Peckover House and Garden.

Access through the former coach entrance gates reveals a secluded inner courtyard which now provides a south-facing outdoor seating area and private off-road parking.

You'll also be given a key to your own private entrance to Peckover's delightful garden for use on both open and closed days.

Hudsons Heritage Awards 2014

Peckover House has won one of the prestigious 2014 Hudson’s Heritage Awards which were announced at a lunch reception on Tuesday 18 February at Goldsmiths Hall in London. Peckover House was highly commended in the Accommodation category for the Wainman House holiday let. The awards, which were established in 2011, are an independently judged annual national awards scheme open to historic houses, gardens, museums and heritage sites and celebrate the very best heritage experiences. Teresa Squires, General Manager of Peckover House said “We are absolutely delighted to have been highly commended in the 2014 Hudson’s Heritage Awards. It is testament to the high standards and commitment to excellence we offer our visitors to ensure they have the best possible experience. Receiving this award is a wonderful acknowledgment and recognition that the Wainman House is among the best heritage places to stay in the UK”. Loyd Grossman congratulated the National Trust on their award, commenting “You can step back to the time of the Georgian family who lived here but. Of course, with modern comforts in kitchens and bathrooms.”
