Daniel Moore
'I started work at Quarry Bank Mill in August 1998 as a Senior Chef de Partie and have since progressed to the position of Head Chef. I enjoy creating and making seasonal food from local British produce for both the Mill Restaurant and also for the function suites used for conferences and banquets. Most importantly, I have the pleasure of working in a stunning Georgian building in the heart of a picturesque Cheshire valley'.
