Saddlescombe Heritage Open Day
On 9 September enjoy free tours of the 17th-century threshing barn, Tudor scullery and donkey wheel. They're just part of the fascinating fabric of this farm. Venture further afield for tours on surrounding Newtimber Hill. Get refreshments at the wonderful Hiker's Rest. Follow signs near Devils Dyke on the day; 10.30am - 4pm.
