  • Groups welcome but advanced booking is essential. Call 01386 842814 or email snowshillmanor@nationaltrust.org.uk. Please note bookings are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation letter
  • We have very limited car parking available for motor homes. Please phone for more information

Family & children

  • Family changing room
  • The Garden is suited only to determined pushchair drivers as there are lots of steps and gravelled paths, not to mention the steep slopes. Although pushchairs cannot be taken into the Manor, they may be parked outside and we’ll loan you a hip-carrying child seat to wear whilst you’re inside
  • Children's trails are available. Please see Things to see & do page for more information

Access

  • We have designated disabled parking in the main car park
  • The Manor and Garden are a 500 yard hilly walk from reception, shop and restaurant. A volunteer-driven buggy is available by request on every open day
  • Two manual wheelchairs are available for loan from reception – these can be transported around the site on the buggy
  • Reception, restaurant and shop fully accessible to wheelchairs
  • Accessible toilet available near reception
  • Braille and large print guides available from visitor reception
  • Manor - Three steps to main entrance. Unfortunately no ramp or lift available
  • Garden - Undulating paths and some steep slopes. Garden is terraced with many steps
