Many of our Tudor oak-panelled rooms remain, with original carved fireplaces and windows. Each room has something for visitors to get their hands on and get a feel for how a prominent Tudor family lived, ate and played.

Friday afternoons at Sutton House are dedicated to people over the age of 55. There is a varied programme of activities from arts and crafts to the more energetic. We have friendly tutors and our ground floor space is fully accessible. No need to book - just drop in.

Christmas craft fair and Santa's grotto
Get your Christmas shopping started in style with a selection of work from some of the best crafts-people in the city. Enjoy craft workshops, carols, mulled wine and visit Santa in his grotto. 3-4 December 2011.
