Living History Fortnight.

Travel back in time to the 15th century and immerse yourself in the ultimate medieval experience. See how ordinary people would have lived and worked at the Castle. Experience the past first hand: watch our potter, weave with willow, smell the lunch cooking, witness the archers practicing.

We cordially invite you to our centenary party. Celebrate with us one hundred years since the castle was opened to the public after its restoration with family fun activities, castle tours, party games and whet your appetites with a selection of Lincolnshire food stalls.

Normal admission (NT members free). Some activities may require an additional charge.

Sat 9 August, 6.30pm - 9pm

Have a relaxing picnic in the grounds whilst listening to a brass band then sit back and see the castle come to life like you have never seen it before. Visitors will experience 800 years of history being projected onto the face of the Castle. The projection show will last approximately 30 minutes.

Free entry.
