Stay with us in the heart of Kent

Octavia Hill Bunkhouse offers self-catering holiday accommodation for up to 14 people in Kent. The building is a converted dairy close to our ancient woodland at Toys Hill. Many of its original features remain, like the tie-up rings and feeding troughs outside, and what was a dovecot in the main living/dining area. Explore the local outdoors using our Octavia Hill centenary trail.

Please note: the bunkhouse is non smoking.

Plenty of history

The buildings you see at Outridge Farm, including the bunkhouse, are Grade II listed. The oast houses, which are unique to Kent and Sussex, are particularly special due to their octagonal-shaped cowls and square towers.
