Be sure to visit the Cow Barn Kitchen this summer for tasty seasonal treats.

Serving delicious local produce, the Cow Barn is the perfect place for a hearty meal or a slice of homemade cake. All ingredients used come from within 25 miles, including our own kitchen garden so our food is fresh, tasty and sustainable.

Open every day from 10.30am until half an hour before the estate closes, with hot food served from 12 noon to 2.30pm (3pm on Sundays).

Sporting one of the best country views from the terrace, the Pavilion Café is the ideal place to stop for afternoon tea. Offering sandwiches, paninis and snacks along with classic garden games for all the family.

Our shop is brimming with beautiful things

From books to bird feeders our shop is full of lovely things - great for presents or simply a treat for yourself. Head outside and be tempted by our plants, garden equipment and furniture.

Our loaves and speciality breads come fresh everyday from Pullins, North Somerset's oldest bakery.

Lovely Drinks will be keeping visitors hydrated with their refreshing elderflower cordials. The elderflower is grown on the Gibbs' land at Barrow Gurney, just down the road.

Jon Thorner's butcher business in Shepton Mallet provides everything from beef and pork to scrumptious handmade Scotch eggs.

All of our gluten-free products are made using ingredients purchased from Hill Cottage Bakery.

Garden fresh

Our kitchen garden provides us with lots of wonderful fruit and vegetables for our restaurant. Look out for broad beans, rhubarb, asparagus and exotic salad leaves from the glasshouses.

Signature dish

Our chefs have come up with some fabulous seasonal dishes which you can try yourself at home. Look out for our recipe sheets on your next visit.

Plants for sale

If you feel inspired by Tyntesfield's gardens then why not take home a few plants for your own green space? From herbs to hardy perennials, we sell a whole range of beautiful plants for gardens of all shapes and sizes. We also stock quality garden furniture, tools and accessories such as gloves, so you can be 'garden-ready' in moments.
