We're a warm, friendly group that welcomes and embraces new members

Thinking about volunteering and want to be part of a group?

The East Midlands National Trust Volunteers (EMNTV) spend much of their time working at Calke Abbey, Kedleston Hall and Belton, occasionally venturing further afield.

We're a warm, friendly group that welcomes and embraces new members. No previous experience is required and all training and tools are provided by us or the National Trust Wardens.

We work on Sundays (once every two or three weeks) from September through to late spring/early summer, and organise occasional social events in our quiet months in July and August.

We hold a dedicated New Members Day in September but welcome new members at any time during the year. You can come to as many or as few tasks as you like and there is no membership fee to pay.
