Section 36(6) of the Charities Act 1993

Lease of Land to the South of Once Brewed, Bardon Mill

Land to the South of Once Brewed is owned by National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty (“the National Trust”) and is currently in-hand having previously been let to Northumberland National Park for 10 years.

The National Trust proposes (subject to contract) to grant a lease of the land for a term of 99 years for the purpose of creating a car park to service Northumberland National Park’s Visitor Centre. The area of land to be let is shown edged red on the plan below/attached.
